Since 2017, Louis has built a diverse portfolio career spanning non-executive, advisory and leadership roles, focused on business transformation, turnaround and strategic performance. He is Chair of Team Rehabilitation, a US-based physical therapy provider with over 150 clinics and 2,000 staff, where he has led a far-reaching operational and cultural transformation. Under his oversight, the business has tripled revenue, doubled profits, reduced overheads and embedded new performance management practices across clinical and operational functions. He has also supported executive transition, restructured incentive frameworks, led risk mitigation efforts around regulatory compliance and helped prepare the business for future investment.

Louis is Founder and Director of Wessex Investment Partners, an international private investment firm that partners with SMEs on succession, turnaround and growth strategies. Working directly with founders and management teams, he assesses opportunities, designs operational and structural improvements, and builds internal alignment to support successful delivery.

Known for his analytical rigour and ability to engage teams from the boardroom to the shop floor, Louis is particularly experienced in navigating leadership transitions, building stakeholder consensus and embedding systems and cultures that turn strategy into sustainable action.
